Description Product Overview Mapei Planiprep 4 LVT is a ready-to-use, acrylic resin-based smoothing compound formulated to level and prepare existing internal ceramic and stone surfaces for LVT installation. It is designed to fill tile joints and smooth surfaces down to a feather edge, creating a fine, even, and non-absorbent finish suitable for direct installation of LVT planks and tiles. Supplied as a premixed paste, Planiprep 4 LVT requires no mixing and offers fast drying performance, allowing LVT installation approximately 2 hours after application. The product bonds strongly to existing tiles and grout lines without shrinkage, making it ideal for renovation projects where removing existing flooring is not practical.
