Its thixotropic consistency allows it to effectively fill joints in raised access panels while also acting as a primer to create a stable, bonded surface. Applied up to 1mm thickness, it sets rapidly and is ready to receive foot traffic in as little as 60 minutes, supporting fast-track installations. Once cured, the compound remains flexible, allowing it to accommodate movement within the substrate and maintain long-term performance.
