Description Product Overview ARDEX K 12 New is an advanced cement and polymer-based levelling and smoothing compound formulated for experienced contractors working on large commercial and retail flooring projects. It provides excellent flow and self-smoothing properties, delivering a flat, smooth surface without the need for mechanical sanding. Designed for fast-track installations, it achieves walk-on hardness in as little as 2 hours and can receive floor coverings from approximately 18 hours. It performs reliably across a range of internal environments, including above and below grade applications, and is suitable for use with vinyl, carpet, tiles, and floating timber systems. ARDEX K 12 New also maintains consistent drying performance at temperatures down to 10°C, supporting installation in varied site conditions.
