It provides long-lasting elasticity, superior mould resistance, and exceptional adhesion to common building materials. With BioBlock® technology, it resists mould and mildew growth, making it ideal for wet and humid environments. Available in a wide range of colours, it perfectly complements Mapei grout lines for a professional, consistent finish. Suitable for both internal and external use, it adheres excellently to glass, ceramics, aluminium, and enamel surfaces. It is ideal for bathrooms, showers, kitchens, laundries, façades, balconies, and general wet areas. Performance & Durability Once cured, the sealant remains flexible and stable over a wide temperature range, resisting UV light, moisture, and weathering. The acetic-cure formulation ensures long-term adhesion, while its mould-resistant properties maintain clean joints and a professional finish even in damp conditions. Installation & Application Guidelines Clean and dry all joint surfaces, removing dust, oil, or old sealant. Insert a backing rod where required to control joint depth. Cut the nozzle to suit the joint width and apply with a caulking gun. Tool the surface within 5–10 minutes for a smooth finish. Protect the sealant from water or moisture for at least 24 hours during curing.
