Description Product Overview Mapei Mapeflex PU 45 FT is a one-component, thixotropic polyurethane-based sealant and adhesive designed for both sealing and bonding applications. It cures through reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, elastic joint with high mechanical strength and long-term performance. The product is formulated as a high modulus sealant capable of accommodating movement up to 20%, making it suitable for expansion and distribution joints in both horizontal and vertical applications.
