Description Product Overview Mapei Mapeflex MS 45 is a one-component, thixotropic hybrid sealant and adhesive based on sililated polymer technology, designed for both bonding and sealing applications. It provides high modulus elasticity, allowing it to withstand movement while maintaining strong adhesion across a wide range of building materials. The product is suitable for use on both dry and damp substrates, making it highly versatile for on-site conditions where moisture may be present. It delivers strong adhesion without primer in many applications and is resistant to UV exposure, mould growth, and environmental conditions. Mapei Mapeflex MS 45 is commonly used as a replacement or supplement to mechanical fixings in construction, as well as for sealing joints in flooring and building systems.
