Cementitious Waterproofing Coating WP-712 XTRAKOAT 107 is a two component, polymer modified, cementitious waterproofing coating. Apply in slurry form to waterproof concrete and cement mortar surfaces to prevent water immersion. WP-712 XTRAKOAT 107 also use as smoothing and waterproofing compound for basement, potable water tanks, retaining wall, seawall, swimming pool balcony, RC gutter, bathroom floor and wall. MIXING To get consistent mortar, use full quantities of both part A (5kg) and part B (20kg). Mixing should be carried out by using clean container and slowly adding part B to part A. Stir with a low-speed mixer for about few minutes until a perfectly homogeneous mix is obtain. For smoothing application, not more than 1 kg water can be added to 1 set WP-712. Use within 30 minutes.
