The product penetrates and consolidates the substrate surface while forming a moisture-resistant barrier. It is capable of suppressing residual moisture up to 98% RH in unheated concrete and up to 85% RH in heated substrates, making it suitable for fast-track installations where traditional drying times would delay works. Once cured, the primer provides a stable surface for direct application of compatible adhesives, allowing flooring to be installed within the same day under suitable conditions.
