Description ALSEAL AS-206 is a one-component, mildew-resistant, 100% neutral cure silicone sealant designed for use in high humidity and high-temperature areas. The fungus resistance of this sealant has been tested on ASTM G21-02 and found to have a strong fungistatic effect. It cures to form a strong, flexible, watertight seal on most common building materials for wet areas. It is tested for low VOC content following SCAQMD Rule 1168 (Application of Adhesives and Sealants).
